Happily married to Alet for 41 yrs. Father of a great daughter & son in law Grandfather of 2 amazing granddaughters and 1 grandson.
Born in Pretoria, South Africa, currently living & working in Wadsworth, Ohio.
Jan is an ICF certified coach (PCC) and he has been doing Career and Life coaching for 25 years. He and his wife is Founders of a non for profit FLI with a focus on training and equipping people with God's Word.
Andre Styger
I am currently a full-time practising attorney in the Free State Goldfields of South Africa and love speaking at conferences on issues of Biblical Business Principles and Christian Stewardship, as well as Biblical Succession Planning and Wealth Management.
I have served on the Matjhabeng City Council for 21 years and the Lejweleputswa District Council for 16 years, but I have been involved in financial ministry since 2002 and have trained dozens of small group facilitators and facilitated more than 20 various financial study groups myself.
I have been married to Mariette since 1996 and have 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren. I reside in Odendaalsrus in the Free State Goldfields with my wife and our 2 Jack Russel Terriers.

Cecilia is a certified coach for Career Direct and iKnowMyDesign and a facilitator for the Business Leadership School. Her Coaching and Consulting business is focused on helping individuals find their true calling and purpose in life. She empowers individuals, leaders, groups, and small businesses to become powerful teams and individuals.
She currently resides and works in Welkom, Free State, South Africa. She has a deep love for nature and animals, spending quality time with family, and transforming the ordinary into something extraordinary.

Ruan Korff
I am a business owner and a facilitator at the Business Leadership School.
We have a Solar business, and the changes I have made due to this course have had a profound impact. Out of that sprouts my desire to assist others in doing the same and following our Father's will and path.
I am based in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. Other than business, I enjoy Hiking with my 4M brothers, taking others to the mountains, and spending time with my family.
Corlia Buys
I have been involved in management of various enterprises for the past 25 years - from starting out with my husband to manage a literacy project (on the mission field), to currently managing my own small property rental business in South Africa. I used to think of business purely as a means to support our missions or other “ministry” work. But the Business Leadership School taught me that the principles of effective management and leadership are the same for the marketplace and the ministry.
I am also involved with writing and creating Christian ministry material for radio and the internet (with my husband - we have a YouTube channel and some material on Facebook.) The principles we have learned in the Business Leadership School have given us tools for greater productivity in all our fields of work. I am a facilitator for the Business Leadership School, and am currently based in Roodepoort, South Africa.

I’m currently a certified bookkeeper with CIBA (formerly SAIBA) and am a facilitator for the business leadership school. I have an education and training business for diploma courses in business management, electrical engineering, and Information technology. Still advancing my accounting studies towards becoming a chartered accountant and consulting business.
Currently living and working in the mining town of Welkom, Free State, South Africa. I live with my wife and our two children and enjoy spending time with family. Like visiting animal parks and mountainous areas with family.
Tanja & Abe Gouws
Tanja and Abe have been married for 5 years and live in Welkom, Free State, South Africa. They are raising three teenagers and have a strong desire to see families restored. They also have a passion to change what is not working into practical workable solutions - and are specifically involved in making a change in the country within a political sphere. They are very involved in community projects that will make an impact. Both Abe and Tanja have their own businesses. Abe runs Advice@Platfin as a registered financial service provider from our CBD, while Tanja owns Sweet Serenity Beauty Clinic and works as a beauty therapist.. They have been privileged enough to have gone through the BLS 100 and 200 business schools and the privilege of facilitating the BLS 100 group. Currently, they are part of the pilot group running through the GoCitzen 18-month course, and it has been an incredible amount of valuable discussions!
Olefile Masangane
Olefile is a husband to Mmathapelo Masangane, father to Kgatoentle and Kaboentle, motivator and facilitator. He brings an extensive experience in youth development and theatre arts, which he employs in his engagement with people.
His recent work involves: Columba leadership academies for schools, Heartlines Integrated Community development (Chesterville, Veeplaas & Rosettenville), Unilever Inclusivity workshops, and Adopt A School Strategic planning workshops for SMT, SGB and staff. Olefile is a certified Cultural Intelligence Facilitator (CQ Centre Michigan USA) and a BA Communication Science graduate (UNISA)
Ruan Potgieter
I'm a businessman who specializes in construction, property, landscaping, and hospitality. Right now, I own a restaurant and guesthouse, and I've previously worked as a building contractor and landscaper. I enjoy being hands-on in all aspects of my business, working closely with employees and partners. I prefer being outdoors rather than in an office, and I thrive on tackling structural challenges and solving problems. Whether it's hiking or gardening, I love staying active. I'm also part of a men's movement called the 4th Musketeer, which helps men find their purpose and build strong bonds of brotherhood and adventure. My goal is to create beautiful experiences in food, architecture, landscapes, and through movements, to inspire others and build healthy families.
Ruan Versluis
I am a family-oriented husband who is happily married to my beautiful wife, Lana. We have been blessed with two incredible and unique, full-spirited children. Originally qualified as a Biochemist, I am currently living and working in Pretoria in the Information Technology sector.
I started with the School of Business Leadership in 2022, and what an exceptional journey this has been. We are privileged to serve Christ.
My leisure interests are predominantly outdoor-oriented, and I have recently taken up a new challenge, 6-year-old Rugby coaching, which is, at best, orchestrated chaos.
Stefan Steyn
I am a Professional Registered Structural Engineer and owner of Steyn Engineering Consultants and am a facilitator for the Business Leadership School. I have a passion for creating and building which is the reason why I went with this career path, but I have recently also obtained a passion for business management and people. I believe that through this program I would be able to sever and simulate my passion for people along with my other passions.
Currently living and working in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. I love being active, outdoors and spending quality time with my family.
Eugene Maritz
Happily married to Juley for 24 years. Father of son and daughter and currently from Pretoria.
Eugene is a qualified COMENSA life and business coach, qualified pastor, business owner and IT director. He is co-founder of a NPO and church Hoeksteen in Boksburg.
My passion is to develop platforms that create opportunities for young people to develop and grow in, I use PSM 128 as a “living” principle to measure this calling.
Gerda Janse van Rensburg
Gerda is a wife, mom and attorney by day in Welkom, in the Goldfields of South Africa.
She specializes in property law and loves working with people and their dreams of becoming homeowners in South Africa. Gerda is passionate about the management part of the business and loves to see the development of the younger generation in the people around her.
Married to Johan for 20 years and with two teenagers in the house, she enjoys spending time with them and being involved in her community when and where possible.

His competencies include personality assessment, hiring / firing, employee development, training and communication, organizational development, team alignment, sales, sales management, mediation, project management.
Jon has held positions of leadership and responsibility with Crown Financial Ministries (Biblical stewardship in finance, career, and life), Mainspring Resourcing (residential, commercial and industrial staffing), and Alltracon (Industrial Manufacturing and Services). He has also helped launched TradeOff, LLC (a start up in the stock trading/gaming industry).
